Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we can no longer offer a return AND/OR exchange. This is for all USA and International orders.
Arysti Intimate Fashion is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages upon return.
Different fees may apply when returning/exchanging.
Returns & Exchanges:
To be able to return, your item(s) must NOT have been worn or used, MUST be in the same condition as you received it and MUST have all original tags/labels.

While most items are eligible for a return or exchange, there are some exceptions that are not included and are FINAL SALE. ALL items, when being returned, must come back in full packaging, and must include all pieces (if purchasing the sets collection).

Garment(s) must NOT have been worn and show any signs of wear: NO DISCOLORATION FROM WASHING. NO STAINS from deodorant, lotions, etc. NO ODORS from deodorants, lotions, etc. NO TEARS from pulling of tag(s), sign of wear and tear, etc.

Garment(s) MUST have all original tags/labels attached to product

Garment(s) MUST be returned in original packaging: bag it came in, tags attached, order form included

Garment(s) was damaged upon delivery at residence, follow steps below:

Within 24 hours of receiving package, IF item arrived torn or torn, take pictures of damages

Email Inquiries@Arysti.com with your name and order # on subject line, picture and a short message of your item. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your order

Management will review your order and item(s) and will respond back within 24-48 hours for a Return or Exchange of the SAME ITEM(S)

EXCHANGES are also offered if the item(s) purchased is not the correct size/fit. Before purchasing, please refer to our Size Chart to help guide for measurements. Shapewear and some styles of bras may run small in size, so we recommend you measure before purchasing and size up. IF your item(s) still do not fit, follow these steps:

Within 24 hours of receiving package, IF item is not correct size/fit, take a picture of item(s) for reference in email

Refunds:

Returns will be processed within 24-48 hours of being received

Any refunds will be submitted and processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving returns.

Shipping cost will not be refunded with your total return

If you have not received your full refund after 5-7 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first for status of return.

Management will email you with a reference number once return and refund have been submitted and processed through our system
