Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we can no longer offer a return AND/OR exchange. This is for all USA and International orders.

Arysti Intimate Fashion is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages upon return. 

Different fees may apply when returning/exchanging.

Returns & Exchanges:

To be able to return, your item(s) must NOT have been worn or used, MUST be in the same condition as you received it and MUST have all original tags/labels.

NO SMELLS, WEAR, TEARS, ODORS, STAINS or any other damages incurred by customer upon delivery. Returns and exchanges must be completed and sent back before the 30 days is up, based off day of purchase. For more questions, see our FAQs page or contact us at Inquires@Arysti.com 

While most items are eligible for a return or exchange, there are some exceptions that are not included and are FINAL SALE. ALL items, when being returned, must come back in full packaging, and must include all pieces (if purchasing the sets collection).
